Jennifer Ng-Armstrong
Jennifer is Scotland’s first female SUP Race Coach and first female SUP Sprint Champion, with experience competing nationally and internationally in SUP racing, including a podium finish at The Great Glen Challenge. Her background in competitive sport and coaching brings valuable experience to paddlers looking to build confidence, skills, and race performance.
Based on Scotland’s west coast, Jennifer is also a qualified coastal paddleboarding leader with a passion for exploring and sharing Scotland’s stunning inland and coastal waters.

Scott McLaughlin
With over 20 years of experience in health, fitness, and performance coaching, Scott has supported athletes across paddleboarding, martial arts, weightlifting, football, golf, and endurance sports. He has coached at World Championship level and is a world champion in both martial arts and kettlebell sport, holding multiple UK kettlebell records.
Scott also competes in SUP endurance and race events, including podium finishes at the Great Glen Challenge and GB SUP events, bringing extensive strength, conditioning, and performance knowledge to support paddlers of all levels.
