 SUP Coaching | Endurance Training | Strength & Conditioning


Whether you're preparing for your first SUP challenge, building confidence on the water, or training towards an event or adventure, our coaching is designed to help you paddle stronger, move better, and go further.


Led by Jennifer, a Paddle Scotland & British Canoeing-accredited SUP Race Coach, programmes combine personalised paddle training with strength, mobility, recovery, and performance support tailored to your goals and lifestyle.


Where appropriate, coaching is supported by Scott, a British Weight Lifting Strength and Power Coach, providing additional guidance on strength development and injury-aware training.


Suitable for all levels — from beginners to experienced paddlers — whether your goal is endurance, technique, confidence, fitness, or race performance.

One-to-One SUP Coaching

Private SUP Technique Clinics - £90

Looking for focused, personalised SUP coaching?

These one-to-one SUP Technique Clinics are tailored to your goals and ability level — from complete beginners to experienced paddlers and racers looking to refine performance.


Sessions run for 2–3 hours and may focus on:

  • Paddle technique and efficiency 
  • Balance, posture, and footwork 
  • Turning skills and board control 
  • Bracing and confidence in conditions 
  • Upwind and downwind paddling 
  • Starts, sprint work, and race skills 
  • Touring and endurance paddling 
  • Reading water and conditions 


Sessions can take place on inland or coastal waters depending on your experience and goals.


Optional video analysis is available for detailed feedback and measurable progression.


Equipment hire available if required. 

Following booking, you’ll receive a follow-up email to discuss your experience, goals, and preferred location so your session is fully tailored to you.

Foundation Package – £60/month

A structured coaching package designed to improve your SUP fitness, technique, and confidence while fitting around your lifestyle. 


What’s Included:

  • Mobility assessment – identify movement patterns that support (or limit) paddling
  • Paddle technique assessment & feedback – video review to refine stroke efficiency
  • Personalised paddle training plan – sessions tailored to your time, ability, and goals
  • SUP specific strength & conditioning plan – SUP specific workouts that support balance and control
  • Monthly  check-ins – stay on track and adapt your plan as you progress
  • WhatsApp Chat Support – access guidance, ask questions, and stay motivated
  • 20% discount on SUP Technique Clinics – join a group session to build skills on the water

This is the highest level of support we offer, ideal for paddlers training for a race, long distance challenge, or performance breakthrough. Everything is built around your goals, timeline, and recovery needs, and evolves as you do.


Includes everything in the Foundation Package, plus:

  • Bespoke  Paddle Training Plan – adapted based on your feedback and events
  • Bespoke  Strength & Conditioning Plan – tailored to your body, paddling demands, and load
  • Race/Event  Planning – strategic periodisation and support to peak at the right time
  • Nutritional Guidance – general advice to support energy, performance, and recovery
  • Monthly  1-to-1 Coaching Call – personal review to reflect, reset, and plan ahead
  • WhatsApp  Priority Support – faster, more in-depth support between check-ins
  • 1 SUP Technique clinic session included per month, 20% discount on any additional SUP Technique Clinics – join a group session to build skills on the water

Premium Package
Perfect for paddlers training towards races, endurance events, or major SUP goals, with fully personalised coaching, performance support, and adaptive planning.


For best results, we recommend committing to an 8–12 week training block to build strength, endurance, technique, and consistency.
