Led by Jennifer, a Paddle Scotland & British Canoeing-accredited SUP Race Coach, programmes combine personalised paddle training with strength, mobility, recovery, and performance support tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
Where appropriate, coaching is supported by Scott, a British Weight Lifting Strength and Power Coach, providing additional guidance on strength development and injury-aware training.
Suitable for all levels — from beginners to experienced paddlers — whether your goal is endurance, technique, confidence, fitness, or race performance.

These one-to-one SUP Technique Clinics are tailored to your goals and ability level — from complete beginners to experienced paddlers and racers looking to refine performance.
Sessions run for 2–3 hours and may focus on:

For best results, we recommend committing to an 8–12 week training block to build strength, endurance, technique, and consistency.

Water Sports Academy - PADDLE CLUB
A welcoming paddle community based in Ayrshire, built for social paddling, progression, and enjoying time on the water across Scotland’s coastal and inland waterways. Membership includes free club social paddles, access to regular sessions, and discounted member rates on SUP training, fitness, and coaching.
