Whether you're taking on your first SUP challenge, preparing for a big event or multi-day adventure, or simply looking to build strength and confidence on the water, this coaching is designed to help you go further on your terms.
Our programmes are built to help you paddle better and feel better, combining technical skill-building with strength, mobility, and recovery work to support long-term health and performance.
You’ll be coached by Jennifer, a Paddle Scotland & British Canoeing-accredited SUP Race Coach, delivering structured, personalised SUP programming designed around your goals and lifestyle.
Where appropriate, coaching is supported by specialist input from Scott, a British Weight Lifting Strength and Power Coach, who provides expert guidance on strength development, performance support, and injury-aware programming.
This collaborative approach ensures you benefit from both dedicated SUP expertise and professional strength coaching — while keeping your SUP journey led and tailored by Jennifer.

This package is ideal if you want to focus your fitness toward SUP performance—without overhauling your entire schedule. It’s designed to work with your lifestyle, supporting consistent progress and better paddling with expert guidance.
What’s Included:

This is the highest level of support we offer, ideal for paddlers training for a race, long distance challenge, or performance breakthrough. Everything is built around your goals, timeline, and recovery needs, and evolves as you do.

For noticeable improvements in strength, technique, and endurance, we recommend committing to at least 8–12 weeks. This allows time to build consistency, refine movement patterns, and develop sustainable SUP-specific fitness.
This package is perfect in the lead-up to any race or major paddling event. For best results, we recommend committing to a structured 12-week training block, giving you time to build progressively, taper effectively, and peak on the day.

Looking for focused, personalised coaching session?
These one-to-one SUP Technique Clinics are designed around your goals, whatever your starting point. Whether you're brand new to paddleboarding or an experienced paddler refining race performance, each session is tailored specifically to you.
Each session runs for 2-3 hours, giving us time to properly assess, refine, and develop the skills that matter most to you.
Paddle Stroke Efficiency
Learn how to generate power from your whole body - not just your arms - for stronger, more controlled strokes with less fatigue.
Posture & Stance
Improve balance, stability, and movement through correct foot positioning and body alignment.
Turning Techniques
Refine sweep strokes, step-back turns, and pivot turns for better control in all conditions.
Footwork Drills
Build agility and confidence moving around your board — essential for racing and dynamic water.
Bracing & Support Strokes
Develop recovery skills to manage instability, chop, and boat wake.
Upwind & Downwind Technique
Adjust your paddling strategy to suit the conditions for smoother, more efficient travel.
Starts & Sprint Work
For racers, we can focus on explosive starts, acceleration, pacing, and transitions.
Touring Skills
Improve endurance efficiency, planning, and safety for longer-distance paddling.
Reading Water Conditions
Build confidence identifying safe routes, spotting hazards, and adapting to changing environments.
Sessions can take place on inland or coastal water, depending on your experience and development goals.
Add video feedback to your session to review technique frame-by-frame and clearly see areas for improvement. Ideal for racers or paddlers wanting measurable progress and ongoing refinement.
