SUP Coaching | Endurance Training | Strength & Conditioning


Whether you're taking on your first SUP challenge, preparing for a big event or multi-day adventure, or simply looking to build strength and confidence on the water, this coaching is designed to help you go further, on your terms.


Our programmes are built to help you paddle better and feel better, combining technical skill-building with strength, mobility, and recovery work to support long-term health and performance.

You’ll be coached by Jennifer, a Paddle Scotland & British Canoeing-accredited SUP Race coach, working alongside Scott, a British Weight Lifting Strength and Power Coach. Together, we blend paddle technique, structured physical training, and injury-aware programming, delivered in a way that fits your life.

This package is ideal if you want to focus your fitness toward SUP performance—without overhauling your entire schedule. It’s designed to work with your lifestyle, supporting consistent progress and better paddling with expert guidance.


What’s Included:

  • Mobility Assessment – identify movement patterns that support (or limit) paddling
  • Paddle Technique Assessment – video review to refine stroke efficiency
  • Paddle  Training Plan – weekly sessions tailored to your time, ability, and goals
  • Strength  & Conditioning Plan – SUP-specific workouts that support balance      and control
  • Video  Technique Feedback – submit footage for feedback and stroke correction
  • Monthly  Check-Ins – stay on track and adapt your plan as you progress
  • WhatsApp  Chat Support – access guidance, ask questions, and stay motivated
  • 1  SUP Technique Clinic per month included – join a group session to build skills on the water (book via our events)

This is the highest level of support we offer, ideal for paddlers training for a race, long distance challenge, or performance breakthrough. Everything is built around your goals, timeline, and recovery needs, and evolves as you do.


Includes everything in the Foundation Package, plus:

  • Bespoke  Paddle Training Plan – adapted weekly based on your feedback and events
  • Bespoke  Strength & Conditioning Plan – tailored to your body, paddling      demands, and load
  • Race/Event  Planning – strategic periodisation and support to peak at the right time
  • Nutritional Guidance – general advice to support energy, performance, and recovery
  • Monthly  1-to-1 Coaching Call – personal review to reflect, reset, and plan ahead
  • WhatsApp  Priority Support – faster, more in-depth support between check-ins
  • Discounted  Clinics & Coaching Sessions – including additional water based or gym-based sessions
